If you’re just getting started running, or have the goal to do so, you know it can be quite daunting. Running can be very enjoyable but you have to work up to that point. Until you get to that level, running is frankly awful. But Run 5K will get you up to speed in a few weeks time. The app is essentially a training coach that will take you from sitting on the couch to being able to run 3.1 miles non-stop. It does so through a system of audible prompts which tell you when to run and when to walk. Then the next session will change to build up your endurance. Run 5K also offers a nice app for Apple Watch that brings your activity right to your wrist. The entire app works very well and is what I used a few years back to get exercising more. Now running 3.1 miles is no problem and I’m on to my next goal.
