Musi – YouTube music streaming done right
YouTube has proved to be a mighty popular way to listen to music. Wait a minute, isn’t YouTube just for videos? Well, it turns out there are a ton of songs and albums available to for you to listen to free of charge. And these are not all pirated copies. The most popular musicians and publishers have YouTube channels and upload their own content to promote their work. Yet, the YouTube app isn’t how you want to listen to these songs. For one thing, it requires your screen to be on and doesn’t keep running if you close the app. This is why you want Musi. Musi solves this problem by streaming only audio from YouTube videos. It also presents content as a music player. So you’ll be able to search for songs, preview them, and add them to your own custom playlists. Musi offers song shuffling, repeats, and even continues to play when you exit the app. Sometimes music videos have intros and outros that you want to skip, Musi lets you trim your songs to cut out those extras. With all these feature, Musi is a great way to search for and listen to new music.
