Suppose you have a huge number of huge photos or videos to share with friends. Do you want to compose an email and attach all those files? No. Do you want to text them using up your cellular data and device storage space? No. So what can you do? If your friend has an Apple Device, the answer is easy. Just create an iCloud Shared folder. More on that here. But what if your friend uses Android? Now there’s an easy way to send them all your photos and videos too! It’s called BitTorrent Shoot and it allows for peer-to-peer sharing of very large files, I mean gigabyte-sized, photos and videos. You both just need to have the app installed and be in the same room to start sharing. That’s it. BitTorrent Shoot is a great alternative to those not wanting to store anything online, but still want to share with friends. The app is free to try and requires an in-app purchase to share unlimited files.
