Hi I use Apple TV 4 gen. when I use the audio and play any of the listings
After 1min of playing a white screen appears with the Apple note logo and
paused the sound track. Then you have to press the menu button on the remote
to start playing again.Then after a minute it stops again. Any ideas what’s up

I’m investigating the Apple TV 4 for the purpose of JW Broadcasting. Can video on demand be used offline?

Hi I have just tuned of the network to my TV
And I can play video on demand through the Apple box
And then removed The Ecable for Apple TV box and it will not play anything
Even though the hdmi cable is still connected to tv
So the Apple box has to be connected to broadband

Hi, have the same problem with playing audio on the jw app on Apple TV. After one minute it stops and shows the Apple iTunes logo. It is quite frustrating because we want to listen to the songs without the videos. How can I fix this?

Thanks for raising this topic again. I’ve done some research but still haven’t found a solution to this problem. After turning off all Apple TV sleep settings, it still stops the audio after one minute. I’ll keep trying. And if anyone finds a solution, please let us know!

Hi so far there is no fix i have reset updated turned everything on and off in settings it is not a network issue as I have tried mine on other network it has been sent up the line to bethel with pictures of what’s happening and I have spoken to others who r having same issue even went on apple forum no correct answer yet also spoken to Apple support no answer
If I get the answer or if anyone else finds out what’s happening please let
us know.

Hi the more friends who write or call the computer department
at bethel the quicker we will get a fix as Apple say they can’t
help Also I have been into apple shop and they say the same

or phoning bethel
It’s very frustrating as we r trying to learn a foreign
language and u r encouraged to listen to it a lot
But not when it keeps stopping and other devices
don’t have the language we r learning on them so
Please do your bit to help get a fix. Thanks

recently it now plays all and singles with out stopping
